Travel time to and from appointments will not be charged.
Duration relates to the time from which your dog is collected to the time at which your dog is returned.
If your dog is to be walked together with other dogs, duration relates to the time from which the last dog is collected to the time at which the first dog is returned.
40 minute walks are not generally available between the hours of 11.30am and 2pm.

Bookings can be cancelled, without charge, up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the standard rate.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at full rate.
