Days out with your dog

Ever wanted to go for a nice meal, a day out or weekend away but don't like the thought of leaving your pooch at home? Here is a list of guides to dog-friendly pubs and other places where pets are welcome:

Dogs are usually allowed in subject to you eating in a particular area (usually the bar rather than the restaurant. Your dog must be reasonably well-behaved and remain on a lead at all times. My three personal favourites are:
